This in a full hide would what size approximately? I would like to know the length and width in inches. I have some projects coming up but need to know the sizes for a full hide in Cheyenne. Thank you.
Hey Jeff! These are not sold in full hides, but rather in half hides, or sides. A side of Cheyenne is typically quite large though, and can be as big as 32 square feet, with rough dimensions of 8 1/2 feet by 3 1/2 feet. I received a beautiful hide! Small, tight pebble grain with a medium soft firmness to it. Made a wonderful pair of chaps for my friend and had enough left over to make his wife a small bag.

I’m not sure how to review this. I want to be fair in that I know it’s hard to interpret what is needed/described when the customer is remote. Unfortunately, this did not have meet the needs of my project. I don’t necessarily hold Montana Leather responsible. Just unfortunate communication issues.
