What is Chap Suede split?

Chap suede split is a truly beautiful style of leather, where the top grain is removed leaving both sides rough, or “sueded”. It has extreme flexibility, a soft, velvety touch, as well as high durability.

What is it used for?

Projects such as garments, mocassins, vests, aprons, saddle seats, and gloves are perfect for this style of leather.

    Beautiful suede, with a rich vibrant color accurately described. This was my first order. It was processed quickly and arrived packaged well. Hello Shane! The chap suede split pieces tend to be a rough 2′ by 5′ size, with some variation either way.
